A user account containing access to Midnight Market products must be obtained through an official purchase via our payment system or at one of our authorized resale points. Midnight Market is not liable for any claims arising from a consumer’s infringement on the intellectual property rights of third parties. In such cases, the consumer agrees to indemnify and hold Midnight Market harmless from any claims made by third parties.
We reserve the absolute right to deactivate, suspend, or permanently delete an account at any time, without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

Operating System Compatibility
It is the customer's sole responsibility to verify product compatibility with their current operating system version prior to purchase. Midnight Market does not guarantee that all products are compatible with every version of Windows, including but not limited to Windows 11 24H2. If a customer purchases a product that is not compatible with their system, this will not be considered grounds for a refund or exchange.
Midnight Market retains the unrestricted right to deny access to our website and products by blocking your account, computer, and network at any time, without explanation or recourse.
2. Refund Policy
We reserve the right to deny any refund at any time. Once a sale is made or payment is received, we may refuse any refund. Given that our services provide digital goods, we do not offer refunds on used digital products.

While we aim to ensure that downtime is minimized, and in most cases time will be credited for products that go down after your purchase, this is not guaranteed and remains at our discretion.
If a product is already down at the time of your purchase, you will not be compensated or refunded, as the downtime status was publicly available or reasonably knowable prior to your transaction.
It is the responsibility of the customer to check the current product status before purchasing. Buying a product while it is offline or under maintenance is entirely at the customer’s own risk.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

9. Warranty on Physical Products
All physical products sold by Midnight Market include a limited 1-month warranty, beginning from the date the product is marked as delivered by the shipping provider.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover:
